For over a decade, Ebony Callands has helped organizations, schools and search firms to hire talent. Prior to launching Callands Consulting in 2013, Ebony recruited for a high performing charter school region in Newark, NJ and served as a Teach for America corps member. In 2023, Callands Consulting was rebranded to Recruiter Remedy to better serve our clients.
Ebony graduated with a BA from the University of Virginia and received an MS from Washington University-St. Louis.
